Dublin, Ireland: Advancing Women in Aviation Roundtable (AWAR) has awarded Margaret Clandillon its 2024 Trailblazer Award during AWAR’s Annual Leaders Luncheon today in Dublin.
During this year’s “Dublin Week,” Margaret Clandillon has been bestowed Advancing Women in Aviation Roundtable (AWAR)’s Trailblazer Award for her extraordinary contributions to the advancement of women in the field.
Founded in 2015, AWAR promotes the development and advancement of women leaders in the aviation industry. AWAR Trailblazers are women and men who have made extraordinary contributions to the advancement of women in aviation, or who have personally broken the “glass ceilings” within their respective organizations.

From her early role as Group General Counsel with Guinness Peat Aviation (GPA) and co-founding Pembroke Capital Limited, Ms. Clandillon has held Non-Executive Director roles for numerous aviation leasing companies, she has chaired boards for Commercial Leasing companies backed by PIMCO, most recently joining High Ridge Aviation as our Board Chair.
