Maggie Morrow is a founding partner of High Ridge Aviation and Executive Vice President and Group Head of LR AirFinance.

Maggie was previously with PK AirFinance and has over 20 years of experience in aviation finance with a background that includes originating, structuring and closing aviation loans for numerous airline and lessor borrowers.

Prior to PK AirFinance, Maggie worked at Lehman Brothers and Capstar Partners, working on financing solutions for airlines and utilities.

Maggie holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Cornell University.

Neal joins LR AirFinance bringing more than 20 years of experience. Based in Dubai, Neal’s responsibilities include sourcing loan opportunities and developing customer relationships throughout EMEA.

Neal’s experience includes over a decade with GECAS where his roles included SVP, Commercial (MAC), and senior roles within the risk team, managing commercial aviation risk exposure across numerous regions. Most recently Neal was SVP of Loan Origination (EMEA) at AV Airfinance.

Neal also held senior roles at Lombard Ireland and GE Capital Australia, responsible for origination, structuring, and management of asset finance transactions.

Linda is responsible for Contract and Operations management with LR Air Finance, providing across the board deal support for new financing opportunities.

Linda’s aviation career began with GECAS in 2014 where she worked for 8 years in a variety of roles including, Human Resources, Regulatory and Operational Risk and most recently Vice President Deliveries, where she managed the delivery of aircraft and engines across numerous regions.

Previous roles include Leasing Executive with Starlite Media and Paralegal with McMahon Martine & Gallagher, LLP in New York.

Linda is a qualified Solicitor and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Corporate Law degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Lukasz joins LR AirFinance bringing 16 years of industry experience and is responsible for LR AirFinance’s portfolio management.

Before joining LR AirFinance, Lukasz worked for VAH Aviation as SVP Risk and Business Development. Prior to this, Lukasz was with AMCK Aviation where he was responsible for pricing, portfolio management and market analysis.

Lukasz started his career with Ascend where he worked as an appraiser in Ascend’s London, New York and Hong Kong offices. Lukasz received his Master’s degree in Economics from University of Freiburg, Germany and is an ISTAT Certified Appraiser.
