HRA Purchases A330 P2F from CDB Aviation

● Purchase of MSN 958 marks initial transaction with CDB
● A330-343 P2F 9H-VDC on Lease to MasAir is First P2F in HRA's portfolio

High Ridge Aviation has completed the acquisition of an Airbus A330-300 Passenger-to-Freighter (P2F) aircraft (MSN 958) from CDB Aviation. The aircraft is on lease to AeroTransportes Mas de Carga, S.A. de C.V. (“MasAir”), a Mexico-based cargo operator with an all-A330 P2F fleet. This transaction represents High Ridge Aviation’s first trade with CDB Aviation, establishes MasAir as a new customer, and marks the first P2F aircraft in the HRA portfolio.
