An experienced business leader with deep and positive relationships across the industry, Greg is High Ridge Aviation’s Chief Executive Officer. His extensive aviation finance experience spans Leadership, Capital Markets, Asset Trading, OEM Management, Sales, and Debt Financing.

In his more than 20 years at GECAS, Greg has served as President & CEO of GECAS, President & CEO of Milestone Aviation, EVP of GECAS’ Aircraft Trading, SVP & Regional Manager for GECAS’ US Sales and Marketing Operations, and as SVP of Originations for PK AirFinance.

Previously, Greg held various finance and sales positions with Boeing Capital Corporation and McDonnell Douglas Finance Corporation.

John is a founding partner of High Ridge Aviation and serves as it’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining High Ridge Aviation, John was the Chief Investment Officer for GECAS with responsibility for Portfolio and Investment decisions, Aircraft Trading, Commercial Operations and Capital Markets.

John spent fourteen years at GE and GE Capital in a variety of Commercial Finance and Operational roles. Prior to GE Capital John was a Senior Manager with Deloitte LLP. John received a BBA with a focus in Accounting from Loyola University, Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.

David, a High Ridge Aviation founding partner, leads the Technical team and is responsible for all technical aspects of the business including lease transactions, product delivery, fleet support & asset management.

Prior to joining Highridge Aviation, David was the Chief Technical Officer at GECAS. Before joining GECAS, David worked with Boeing.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Limerick and an MSc in Business from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business.

John, a founding partner of High Ridge Aviation, leads the Legal team. He spent 25 years with GECAS, most recently as General Counsel with responsibility for its Legal, Compliance and Insurance operations.

Prior to GECAS, John was in private practice in London and Bermuda, specializing in aircraft financing.

John holds an LLB from the University of Liverpool, an MSc in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University, an LLM from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Michael is a founding partner of High Ridge Aviation and EVP, MAC, India & Turkey. A 29-year GECAS veteran, Michael was SVP & Commercial Regional Manager for GECAS’ Middle East, Africa, and Russia / CIS.

With 16 years in Dubai, he led the UAE-based commercial team’s activities around placement of new and used assets, SLBs and Debt arrangement, while managing the broader team across the region.

Previously, Michael held technical roles with GPA in China, Aer Lingus in Ireland, and Qantas in Australia. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Antony is a founding partner of High Ridge Aviation and Executive Vice President Asia. Previously, he was Aergo Capital’s Hong Kong-based Chief Risk Officer & Head of Asia.

A 20-year GE veteran — 15 of which based in Singapore with GECAS and leading global sales for Milestone Aviation Group, GECAS’ helicopter business.

Antony spent more than a decade with National Australia Bank in roles covering business and corporate lending, international credit, and risk management. Antony has a Bachelor of Economics degree from The University of Queensland, Australia.

Jim is a founding partner of High Ridge Aviation and leads business development for the Americas region, including aviation investment and deployment opportunities.

Prior to joining High Ridge Aviation, Jim spent 17 years at GECAS in a variety of sales and marketing roles, most recently as Senior Vice President of US Sales & Marketing and the Boeing Commercial Lead.

Jim received his BS from Georgetown University and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management.

Joseph is a founding partner of High Ridge Aviation and the deputy general counsel of High Ridge Aviation and LR AirFinance.

Prior to joining High Ridge Aviation, Joseph spent over twenty years at GECAS, most recently as its Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel.

Prior to joining GECAS, he was an attorney at the New York office of Thacher Proffit & Wood.

He received a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics/Philosophy from Fordham University (Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude)

Mike, a founding partner of High Ridge Aviation, is responsible for managing High Ridge Aviation’s portfolio, building on his 16+ years with GE’s $41B aviation finance business.

Mike’s career includes leading portfolio sales of aircraft and engines to global investors as Head of Aircraft Trading at GECAS, leading debt originations in APAC for PK AirFinance, GECAS’ Greater China Regional Risk Manager.

Prior to joining GECAS, Mike was an aviation analyst with Babcock & Brown LLP. Mike holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Adam is a founding partner of High Ridge Aviation and a 25-year legal veteran. He specialises in structuring sale and lease back transactions and handling cross border repossessions, litigation, restructurings, engine leasing and leasing into new jurisdictions in the aviation finance sector.

Most recently, Adam was SVP & Associate General Counsel at GECAS, leading international leasing and structured transactions in South Asia, Asia Pacific, ASEAN and China.

Prior to GECAS, Adam held roles at leading international law firms Clifford Chance and Richards Butler specialising in asset finance and 2 years at Piper Alderman.

Jorge is responsible for the marketing and deal origination activities in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Jorge joins High Ridge Aviation following 18 years at Aviation Capital Group, first as VP Marketing Latin America & Oceania and then as Head of Airline Marketing.

Previous roles included Leasing & Insurance Director at Lan Chile and a foreign trade finance position at the Santiago branch of The Chase Manhattan Bank.

Jorge holds a Business Management Degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Santiago.

Caimin is responsible for the Marketing and deal origination activities in Europe.

Caimin joins High Ridge Aviation with over 30 years Aviation experience in GPA, GECAS, ICBC International Leasing and JLPS Ireland limited (“JLPS”) in Insurance, Risk Management, Engine Leasing and Aircraft Sales and Marketing. Caimin was most recently, Chief Marketing Officer at JLPS.

Caimin holds a Business Management Degree from Trinity College Dublin and an Advanced Diploma in Business Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology.

Sleiman is responsible for the origination and deployment activities, in addition to business development and managing the day-to-day commercial operations in the MAC & India Region. He brings a wealth of commercial, finance, and data analytics experience from a 12+ years career mainly spent with GECAS, BOC Aviation, Qatar Airways and Aveos Fleet Performance.

Sleiman holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from NYU Stern School of Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Concordia University, and is currently pursuing an Executive Master in Finance degree at INSEAD.

Felix is responsible for aircraft transactions origination, marketing and business development in Asia.

Felix joins High Ridge Aviation with 13 years of industry experience, having previously served as Sales & Leasing Director at ORIX Aviation & led the asset manager’s commercial activities in Asia Pacific. Prior to ORIX, he worked with Standard Chartered in various Aviation Finance roles across Asia & Europe, and also trained with PwC and Ernst & Young.

Felix holds a BBA degree (First Class Honors) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) and a CFA® charterholder.

Nyree heads investor relations, managing High Ridge Aviation’s global external investor base.

With over 15 years covering investors in alternative assets including private markets and hedge funds, Nyree has worked with LPs across real assets, private credit, distressed debt and structured credit investing. Most recently with AB CarVal, Nyree has held roles with Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), CQS, and UBS, placing mandates across SWFs, insurance, pensions, family offices and wealth management platforms/private banks.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Nyree earned her BA at the University of Waterloo and an MBA at INSEAD.

Callie is responsible for overseeing High Ridge Aviation’s pricing strategies and credit risk management, developing and implementing pricing strategies to ensure the company’s competitive position while mitigating potential exposure risks.

Joining us from AerCap Engines where she was VP, Portfolio Management, Callie brings 15 years of aviation finance experience. Prior positions include several senior roles at GECAS, where she rose to SVP of Underwriting.

Callie holds an MBA from New York University and a B.S. from Purdue University.

Barbara is responsible for trading, pricing and origination of new assets. Prior to joining High Ridge Aviation, she was Head of Trading at AMCK, leading and managing acquisitions and disposal transactions.

Barbara’s career includes roles with SMBC Aviation Capital, including as Head of the Commercial Analysis & Execution team and leading the commercial negotiations for all transaction types. Previously, Barbara was a Corporate Finance Manager in KPMG.

Barbara has a varied background with both a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCD and she is also a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Greg is responsible for capital management and commercial analysis within the High Ridge Aviation finance team.

Greg began his aviation finance career in GECAS, where over more than ten years he held roles in the finance, capital markets, strategic planning and risk functions.

Most recently, he was a part of Credit Suisse’s Transportation Finance team within the Securitized Products Group.

Greg holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, and a BA in Economics from Boston College.

David is responsible for all technical aspects of the business including lease transactions, product delivery, fleet support & asset management.

With 35 years’ aircraft engineering and maintenance experience prior to joining High Ridge Aviation, David began his career in the Royal Air Force and has held various roles in MRO, Airline and Aircraft leasing, including as Head of Engineering at flydubai. More recently he held roles within the Technical teams at GECAS and AerCap.

David is an EASA B1 licensed engineer and holds a Master of Business Administration from Open University, UK.

Dave leads the High Ridge Aviation Powerplant team and is responsible for all technical aspects of our engine assets including lease transactions, asset management and OEM/supplier management.

Prior to joining High Ridge Aviation, Dave was Senior Vice President & Manager – Powerplant at GECAS. Before joining GECAS, Dave worked with Cathay Pacific Airways, GE Aviation and British Airways in various Powerplant roles.

Dave graduated in Engineering from University of South Wales and has completed executive education at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Barry joins the High Ridge Aviation portfolio management team and is responsible for trading, pricing and origination of new assets.

Prior to joining HRA, Barry worked on the aircraft trading teams at both GECAS and AerCap. He has also held roles in pricing, portfolio management, restructuring and finance.

Barry began his career at Yahoo! and then joined GE Treasury. Barry is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Limerick in Business Studies.

Sonya is responsible for High Ridge Aviation’s risk management and compliance. Joining us following her role at Nordic Aviation Capital as Vice President of Risk Operations.

Sonya’s extensive experience also includes 15 years at GECAS in a variety of risk and operations roles, including Vice President of Risk Management, where she managed commercial aviation risk exposure across numerous regions.

Sonya is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Munster Technology University.

Denise is responsible for managing overall operations, focused on operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory and organisational operating policies, procedures, and standards.

With 16 years’ aviation finance experience prior to joining HRA, her career began at GECAS with roles as Operations Leader, Operations Project Manager and VP Operations Controllership. More recently she was AerCap’s Contracts Business Process Manager.

Denise holds a Degree in Public Administration from the University of Limerick.
